Welcome! We’re Ken and Ellen, originally from the Midwest—Illinois and Iowa, to be specific. Ken has been in the rental property business for nearly 50 years, and about 15 years ago, we decided to make the sunny Clearwater area our retirement destination. Over the years, we also fell in love with the vibrant energy of Las Vegas and the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys.
